They are really, really nice people. Very helpful and accommodating
Ken and kim are extremely personable and professional, they go out of their way to provide the best possible care for my 94 year old father. The two locations make it extra convenient. I highly recommend Ken at National hearing you will not be disappointed!
Absolutely 100 % satisfied with mine. I bought them 4 years ago after my employer recommended it. I knew it wasn't what it used to be but it was really bad as I quickly found out. When I first got them and Ken was tuning them in, I kept telling him that I was hearing a noise that was like being at surf-side with the waves crashing. He would make an adjustment and it would be fine for a minute or so. then it would come back.
