Appreciated the outstanding service on an order request for Dermorganic hair care products. They offered in store pickup or delivery which did arrive within 2 days of order placement. Secure package and great price (unavailable elsewhere in Canada). Recommend without hesitation and will use again.

I bought a Babyliss blow dryer in May. Stopped working in July. They could do nothing for me. Wouldn’t do a straight exchange. Nothing. I found the exact same dryer up the street for 50 dollars less. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
I’ve been coming here since 2014 to buy bundles of Sol’cap hair. Usually get anywhere from 22-26 inches and 7-10 bundles and usually spend between 850 and 900 for the hair. It’s really amazing quality and lasts longer than any other expensive hair I’ve tried. (I use bonded extensions and I’m a blonde so I’m very picky about the colour match and the quality). Is it annoying they aren’t open weekends, yes.. is it annoying sometimes they only have 2 or 3 bundles and I have to wait 10-15 days or more sometimes to order the rest ... read more
