Terrible support. Prepare to fight just to get gas and electricity services started on days you need them. Customer representatives get addresses wrong and fail to confirm service creation unless reminded to. Just terrible overall.
Customer service lacks a defined procedure, effective assistance, and a clear process for resolving issues.
Only automated messages. And they won’t send people out to check meters. And a human won’t pick up my call.
I HAVE HAD NO GAS FOR OVER A WEEK. NO BILLING ISSUES. WEIRD CASE WITH LEASE RENEWAL, APARTMENT CORPORATE MISTAKE. NATIONAL GRID CANNOT GET A TECH OUT IN SHORT ORDER FOR A MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY.
