horrible have no sense for a drivers time
Only truck on the property and have been here for 2.5 hours sitting in the bay . so many people standing around

NG is an extremely unprofessional, backwards company with a group of unskilled, incompetent people in management. Ridiculously high volume of employee turnover. Heidtman Steels needs to make some improvements. And they can start with replacing the inept, donkey-faced freakshow in HR. A person with zero people skills, a history of nepotism and wasting company resources, should never be tolerated in a place of business.
Outstanding business. Super fast and super great. Love all the guys there. Crane operators buy me sodas and massage my feet while I wait. Top notch.
SLOW see lots of guys walking around doing nothing, we would like to just pull out and tell em to get someone else to haul it, no respect for the drivers hours of service
This is so stupid you are so slow here I see more guys walking around and chatting with each other than actually working I set for two hours before even pulling into the bay that I'm supposed to load in, and nobody's here I will more than likely leave without a load and they can take it and put it where the Sun don't shine if this goes on much longer there are too many other good companies to load from
