In my experience, National is a poorly run company that is not only capable of real incompetence, but which is also disinterested in customer service or satisfaction, and unwilling to take ownership of their mistakes. We try very hard to be understanding of the difficulties of managing a business, and we do give contractors a lot of leeway and many chances to make mistakes right.
