They were quick and efficient and addressed and fixed the few concerns we had. We are very happy with the quality of our flooring and with the installation. We get compliments every time someone new enters our home.

This is hands down the best vendor that we used in building our custom home a few years ago!! They (especially Dan Mecham) are super focused on you as their customer!! They do GREAT work with GREAT products and stand behind the finished product!!!! I will be a customer ALWAYS!!!
Their sales guy was great at first. We placed very large, $22,000 order. Then he kept telling us dates they’d come and they’d no show. It was new construction so they kept setting the entire building schedule back. Then when they showed up the tile job was awful. Chipped tiles. Grout everywhere. Didn’t clean up after themselves.
