We had two areas of flooring placed recently. We are very happy with the whole process. They estimated 2 days and were done in 1.5 days. We even had a complete tear out of the old tile in one room and it was fast and they kept everything cleaned up. We have gone in several times with tons of questions and have received personal attention and time. We have a huge floor project coming up soon and can’t wait to see the results !
Robert Ellis, Lisa and Russell are the most wonderful people to help on decision making. They all know their product “ inside and out”. Carpeting, back splash tile, and fireplace tile flooring were all installed with expertise, precision and meticulous! Installers showed extreme professionalism! Everyone was great - from the moment I walked in with Russell really listening to me and taking the time to teach me about what floor would work best for my basement. He and Lisa were considerate, calm, attentive, not at all pushy, just really caring. I wanted something warm and upscale looking (but not too pricey) and I love the Moset!
