I really enjoy going to National Fitness Center in Oak Ridge. The equipment is great, the track is good, the swimming pool is very nice, and all the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially enjoy the classes: JAM, GCC, Pilates, Sh'Jam, Body Pump, Body Combat, and Zumba. I also enjoy the Aqua Cardio class on Friday morning with Danya Spratling. I hated the place.
Great place - no pressure - great equipment - great classes - spinning - swimming - or just walking in a comfortable and very friendly place. Really a nice facility.
The Court South health club (which is owned by National Fitness) has some dubious membership policies including automatic renewals at the end of your contract. As always, judge for yourself but I'd seriously consider another gym. And as a side note, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) gave Court South an "F" rating.
