Their roofing development head technician came to my door. We discussed the possibility of having them fix my roof. I chose another contractor. Now they won't stop calling. I've contacted them several times to take me off their calling list but the keep persisting with robot calls and voicemails from "Louise". If they don't stop calling me, I will report them to every agency I can possibly think of.
I received a call from a gentleman that works here asked who they were asked to be taken off. The list doesn’t confirm anything and just hangs up. I’ve been getting multiple calls from this place, and it is getting very annoying at this point. You can only imagine what their service is like if this is what they treat their potential customers like.
The entire staff works very hard and always give an air of wanting to help. I cannot recommend enough.
These guys did a great job replacing my roof. They came out quickly, to asses the damage. They even walked me through filing the claim. Every step of the process they helped with. The crew came out early in the morning and had our new roof completed before the end of the day. Thanks for all the help!
They did an amazing job on our roof and with the water mitigation. Great customer service and super fast response time! I highly recommend them.
