Unbelievably incompetent optometrist and extremely rude staff. Asked for a price to fill a prescription that they had prescribed (I did not feel comfortable with the exam results) and they refused to give me a price unless I gave them personal information. My telephone number is not any of their business when all I want is a quote for a price. A terrible experience. Rude employees, incompetent optometrist, and absolutely incorrect prescription. They would not give a cost of fulfilling the prescription without disclosing personal information which quite frankly is none of their business. A total waste of time and money. Lens Crafters is the most unprofessional company that I have ever done business with. Zero stars would be more accurate.

Eye doctor side. Employees at front desk were using their personal cell phones while speaking with me. The lens crafters side. Insurance portal was down during my visit on 3/4. Employees stated they will give me a call to pay over phone the next day, if I was comfortable with paying over the phone. 2nd I had to call them back to.make payment.
The Staff and the Eye doctor were absolutly amazing. We love Lens Crafters and have used them for yars.
