I took this class four years ago. Due to unexpected circumstances with my job life I was unable to complete the class after three weeks. Four years, and after recommending the class to a friend who successfully completed and passed the program, I decided I would retake the class after learning Dean was still with the company at the Taunton location. The East Providence Cardiac program was a disaster. The instructors they once had were amazing now that NEI took over its horrible. Go else where for a lot less money and better service. To them youre just a dollar sign.

I recently competed the EMT training in the Worcester location, with Maureen Jones. I can’t say enough about how well she prepares you for both your state and national exams. She covered the course material thoroughly and with a clear passion for the job, and the people going into the field. I would highly recommend taking this course with her.
I attended the Taunton day course with Dean Allen as my instructor. I am so happy I did! I would definitely recommend attending Deans class, he is super experienced & knowledgeable as he is kind & down to earth. Very easy to talk to & will go above & beyond for his students. We all felt so ready to take our national exams. Maureen Jones is a phenomenal instructor.I was in the Worcester Fast Track night class and going to class every day was the highlight of my day. I felt like I learned, and more importantly retained, so much. I feel more than prepared to enter the field and learn more than I already have. I would recommend her as an instructor in a heartbeat.

I was a student of Instructor Dean Allen a few months back. Dean is the type of instructor that genuinely cares about his students and is willing to put in all the time necessary to help his students succeed. He was willing to always go in class early AND stay late in order to give extra time to practice for whoever needed it. Maureen Jones is an excellent instructor. The 6 week night class at the Worcester MA location provides a vast amount of information in a short amount of time. Maureen has mastered effective ways to teach such a substantial amount of material for an accelerated program. Her methods are realistic, strategic, and efficient. I highly recommend this course through the National EMS Institute; also, I highly recommended making the commute to the Worcester campus if you want the best educational experience.
