RecommendedI have to admit after reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical. I did the open enrollment hybrid class just at the end of the Covid quarantine. The first day of our practical week class was hectic as they were trying to conform to the new criteria for social distancing. The remainder of the week was great! It has been three weeks since I have completed and passed the course. They have still not processed the certificates so we can take the written exam. Myself and several other classmates have tried contacting them via phone calls and emails, leaving numerous messages and no one will get back to me. They have no problem hounding you for your money to take the course, but once they have your money they don't care anymore. Can't even get them to respond to a phone call or email. Horrible experience here and they “didn’t get my deposit “ even though it was mandatory to start and I finished the whole program

Horrible experience. Lack of professionalism and overall sloppy operation. Literally look for ANYONE else in the area to go through for you initial or refresher.
