Horrible company they dropped my grandma off the stretcher
My next door neighbor had an emergency I asked could I hand my phone to her and let her call her mom the lady was so rude she closed the door in my face while I was standing there I mean rude
I was admitted to the hospital the first weekend of April and had to be transported to Athens Piedmont for surgery. The transport team was great! I also want to praise their billing department who has been incredibly patient as I applied for financial aide. They could have turned me over to collections but they did not. Today I opted to take advantage of their 40% discount and payment plan. They are understanding and flexible and have fantastic customer service! So I had a medical emergency in February I chose not to use the ambulance service. I just received a bill for almost $2000 due 4/24. What kind of scam services are you providing. I looked at the pick up and drop off and it’s my address. I will be calling bright and early Monday because clearly I didn’t use the ambulance service. What a scam. The fact that they wrote it up is beyond me. I know not to use the ambulance because their bills are astronomical. My son drove me to the hospital in his car.

On December 21, 2024, at 1:36 AM, the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by Paramedic Don Reynolds nearly cost my 8-year-old son his life. During a severe pneumonia episode, Reynolds showed no urgency or care, dismissed my concerns, and made inappropriate comments.
