So I had a medical emergency in February I chose not to use the ambulance service. I just received a bill for almost $2000 due 4/24. What kind of scam services are you providing. I looked at the pick up and drop off and it’s my address. I will be calling bright and early Monday because clearly I didn’t use the ambulance service. What a scam. The fact that they wrote it up is beyond me. I know not to use the ambulance because their bills are astronomical. My son drove me to the hospital in his car.

On December 21, 2024, at 1:36 AM, the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by Paramedic Don Reynolds nearly cost my 8-year-old son his life. In accident with my great niece. I had 7 broken ribs and massive contusion on right hand that was bleeding profusely. Niece only had sore foot. Her mother and brother were at site and could have driven her to hospital as they were going there to see all that was wrong with me. She decided she needed to ride with me make sure I was ok. Came to back of ambulance and asked. Got in. They showed her where to sit. that's all. I get my bill and surprisingly get a bill for her for the same amount!

My Son was having an asthma attack when we called 911 And this really really Big Guy showed up with a lil guy by the name of Daequan. Big Guy was really dramatic. Very nasty …Cold.. Pushy.. rolling his eyes. Ext.. this guy was trying to diagnose my son with everything under the sun, except Asthma. I got a statement from BCBS paying for an Ambulance ride that I was supposed to have taken on January 4th, I live in east central Alabama have never been to conyers and have not taken an Ambulance ride with this outfit, I have talked with BCBS on this false claim, so beware
