Bad service and support, doesn't help people, huge waste of time, would never recommend. All this place does is give good pay checks to wealthy social workers and therapists to give out bad advice. they arent saving anyone and they clearly dont care about any of us. shameful these resources arent being put into programming that ACTUALLY helps people
I called the Nedic helpline available yesterday in distress after I gave into overwhelming food cravings and binge ate but when I mentioned I believed I have a physical addiction, the person said that binge eating is an emotional issue and if I think it’s a physical/medical issue to find a doctor and best of luck and rushed me off the phone..I still would have appreciated support..
