UPDATE 05/01/2026 - This company is a joke. 2 years later they reply to my review with lies. I am the maganager of a Diagnostic Imaging Center. My experience with NDI and their staff has been excellent. The staff has always been kind and professional. They answer the phone directly and my reads are timely most of the time. I have dealt with Allan, the company's VP and sales manager on and off throughout the years and anything I needed was taken care of immediately. I recommend this company highly
I am the office manager for a primary care practice. We use this company to read our xrays and have been doing so fo over 4 years. We can reach them easily because they always answer the phone. The reads have been of good quality and when we need a STAT we always get it back within a half hour. This service has help our patients a lot and I'm very pleased with it.
I had a deplorable experience with NDI. I was directed to a man named, and only referred to as, Allan. I was told he could provide me with information regarding diagnostic imaging and radiology report prices. He was completely rude and unprofessional, borderline disrespectful, and instead of helping by answering my questions, he spoke down to me and acted like he was more concerned with his title "Doctor".
