I am the manager at a Diagnostic Imaging Center. I have been using this company for almost 6 years. They are professional, nice to deal with and the quality of their reads is the best I have had. Very pleased with their service.
I am the maganager of a Diagnostic Imaging Center. My experience with NDI and their staff has been excellent. The staff has always been kind and professional. They answer the phone directly and my reads are timely most of the time. I have dealt with Allan, the company's VP and sales manager on and off throughout the years and anything I needed was taken care of immediately. I recommend this company highly
I am the office manager for a primary care practice. We use this company to read our xrays and have been doing so fo over 4 years. We can reach them easily because they always answer the phone. The reads have been of good quality and when we need a STAT we always get it back within a half hour. This service has help our patients a lot and I'm very pleased with it.
I had a deplorable experience with NDI. I was directed to a man named, and only referred to as, Allan. I was told he could provide me with information regarding diagnostic imaging and radiology report prices. He was completely rude and unprofessional, borderline disrespectful, and instead of helping by answering my questions, he spoke down to me and acted like he was more concerned with his title "Doctor". As a new customer, I’m reaching out and just asking a few questions. Allen was very disrespectful and talking to me as if I was a child. He claim that I wasn’t listening to him and all I was doing was asking a few questions. He kept cutting me off and being very disrespectful, calling me names and being very rude here are the screenshots to prove.
