I received a call from someone identifying himself as "Juan" using this number. He claimed to be with the company, but I could barely understand him due to a strong accent. I politely asked him to repeat his question three times because I genuinely could not understand what he was saying. Once I noticed he had a Spanish/Latino accent, I switched to Spanish to make communication easier.
