Rude staff and horrible customer service
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Purchased a $475 Goldline Travel Trailer Cover from National Covers. I called National Covers and spoke with a salesperson before I ordered the cover on 3/8/2023. I informed the salesperson that my trailer is a small 8' GeoPro trailer. The salesperson stated the 10' Goldline cover would fit my trailer. The salesperson reassured me that National Covers offers a "FIT GURANTEE" and that National Covers would provide a return shipping label if the cover did not fit my trailer. Product came late and without the actual canvas. Only the frame arrived. Customer service was non-existent. They lied about delivery dates and lead times. Lied about expediting. Lied about providing calls, emails or other updates. Each person I spoke with claimed there were not even notes in the file from the previous person I spoke with. Never ever do business with these folks.
