The WORST. Scam artists. Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, incompetent. Purchased cover and tried to call them with a question because I was hoping there was something I didn't understand rather than what it appeared to be which was that I received a 12' cover when I had ordered a 22' cover. Tried several different times of day and different days of the week. Then I decided to just return it since I couldn't get them to even answer my calls. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase anything from this company that you are not 100% sure will fit. I have gone through 5 months of hell tryiing to get my money back, after paying $70.00 to return a golfcart cover that was WAY too small, even though it was supposed to be for a 6 passenger cart. They also charge you an 18% restocking fee on top of the cost to return. What a scam. I would NEVER order from this company. They are the worst!!!!
****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY**** ordered a cover in early November. Needed it badly for the boat. Tried mutlple times to reach customer service to get updates on a ship date. They had already processed our order and taken our money. Finally spoke to someone and cancelled the order. Purchased RV Cover, JUNK! Zippers are defective, they do not zip or stay zipped. National Covers do not provide shipping it back to them. The cost is on the buyer for a defective product. On the website it states made in USA. There was a tag on the RV cover that says "made in china". Isn't that false advertisment? BUYER BEWARE, read about the restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
WE bought our cover from National Cover in June 2020 for our Jayco motor home 30ft. WE order the Gold line cover their top of the line with 5-year warranty. Used the cover Till April 2021. We put cover in storage while we traveled around the US till June 2022. Cover was then used from September 2022 till Aug. 2023. When taking cover off we found 2 rips in cover. size guarantee not worth the paper its written on. You have to pay for shipping (Over $150) and they charge a restocking fee. So, forget about returns. Buyer be ware.

Fantastic product. I've purchased both a bimini cover kit and boat cover for my 22foot bayliner. The windstorm cover is sleek, fits well over the boat and has kept the snow off it for the last 2 years. The bimini top is great for keeping us cool while out on the lake. Have recommended to many friends and our neighbors
