I am writing this review to document the ongoing, severe lack of cleanliness and property maintenance at this community. Since the City of Los Angeles acquired this building, Rosslyn Lofts in DTLA, and transitioned operations to this management company, the standard of living has drastically declined. I was very disappointed in how they handled their potential applicants. They don't answer their phones, emails or callback at all. The receptionist was prissy, unhelpful and uptight. I cannot believe this is a foundation. Absolutely appalling experience.
I live in an apartment that they used to manage with maintenance and was the absolute worst !!! I dealt with leaks for 3 years from rain and told them there was mold behind my walls from the constant leaks . They refused to help until 1 week before the owner sold the building and I kept contacting them and never responded! If you ever live in a building with them , just know all the major issues will NEVER be resolved . I knew someone who got accepted in this complex, but at the last minute, ended up having a change of plans to live with family instead, thank God for them as I called for another person, I know who is disabled.
