This is such an amazing property management company. The way they treat their employees is by far the best treatment I ever received as an employee. Everything this company does for their residents is just amazing!
After years of being on the waitlist for Fairview Heights. Long story short, I completed the application, and finally got approved. An agency ran by the state of CA was going to pay my move in fee, but unfortunately it would’ve taken 6 months for them to do so. A representative from National Core called to inform me that since the agency couldn’t pay my move in fees, I could pay my move in fees at a discounted rate. Nationalcore is a great company
This company gave us false hopes two times. We have been looking for our own place since forever because we are struggling. With the rent these days it’s hard to afford anything and apparently I cannot even afford low income with this company even though technically we are still considered low income. I am a stay at home mother who is currently pregnant but cannot afford childcare of some sort and my husband who is a veteran is the only one working at the moment.
