The lack of professionalism was evident before a single word was spoken from the lady. The staff member emerged with a cold, hostile expression—zero smile, zero courtesy. It was clear from the start that she viewed visitors as an annoyance rather than potential business partners. For a firm of this size, having such a bitter frontdesk lady is a massive liability. good luck

I’ve been told twice by the same apartments and lady that an apartment was available to me and my family. Then I drive the 40-50 mins to just be told again that it was either not available or that I didn’t qualify because of family size, this operation or whatever they call themselves has been useless and unprofessional. they need to hire people who can actually do their job correctly and Professionally. ( Iris apartments of san ysidro) thank you for wasting my gas and time again.

This is the worst experience ever. In these departments, there races, they're discriminated people, and it's like a real bad situation. When it comes down to the living at the north gate village, not good at all. Your they, managers is like, oh my God, like a really discriminating, people like literally like it's just ridiculous, 3 day notices every day. We pay our rental time all the time.So I don't understand what's going on, but this is not good.I recommend no 12 come here and it got roaches and a slum lords
