Just got done talking to Justin, who was very kind and actually reopened my membership up again. I would recommend them, their customer service is getting better and they are willing to help you out

App is a total joke and the people behind it are highly unprofessionaI find it highly despicable how they treat they're consumers when I've been a member for awhile they suddenly decided they have to many households which is theyre fault not mine and decided to deactivate my membership and then when I go to redeem my points so I don't lose them since they expire after 60 days they're app doesn't even let me so I completely wasted my time doing the surveys and putting in my info for them to cheat me out of the reward for it

NCP is not worth your time. I have been diligently scanning (which is NOT a simple process) multiple times a week and completing all surveys, and yet after 9 months didn't even have enough points to redeem a $50 gift card. I complained and they threw me a few extra points. So final result: After 10 months of diligent work, I have earned a $50 gift card. They are clearly taking advantage of us.
