Hi, my name is Louis. I am writing this review because my wife and I were treated by Dr. Formolo. We were treated like family under his care. He showed us a lot of things we did not know, and he got us back on our feet to 100 percent. I would tell anybody to go see him. Thank you.
I had a really good experience at Dr. Brian's office. Dr. Brian is a very knowledgeable doctor who really is an asset to the Chiropractic community of Milwaukee. He gives really good information on how the stress affected muscles as well as nutritional advice on how to best take care of your body and your muscles.
Mr review of Dr. Formolo is very positive. I am more than pleased with the service I received at National Chiropractic. The treatments were very invigorating, and surpasses treatments that I received in the past. He is up to date with all the new equipment and supplements. His proficiency is above approach and the treatment I received has helped me physically by helping me be able to to more the the things I used to do.
