As always, the ease with which I was able to pick-up the car, get back to the airport (PHX airport doesn't make it easy) to pick up the family and get on our way was great. Returning it is equally as easy and convenient. Keep up the good work.
Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Booking the reservation was easy. The actual vehicle pickup and return was even easier. National has it figured out in Phoenix.
As always, great service, smooth as silk on picking any car, completing the "paperwork"/checking-out on the way out of the lot and the return and check-in. What better than to arrive at Sky Harbor in Phoenix after 6+ hours on two planes, being late to meetings and frazzled and then hitting "smooth road", which was National's part! Keep up the consistent customer service, selection, and quick and efficient turn-around on checking out and dropping off, which makes me a National Fan! MC in KC from March 2015 business trip
The staff was great. We were attended to immediately, bumped up to the Executive level at no charge, and graciously helped upon our return. The car was awesome (Buick Lacrosse). We will continue using National!

Nice people, they even bumped us up one car level. Thanks. Overall, they are great. That said, PHX airport taxes are high (about 46% over the rental price) and driving around, through, and away from the airport can be confusing if you don't do it periodically. Please National, could you put an "escape from the airport", and "best way to return" map(s) in the cars?
Renting a car from Phoenix Airport National Car Rental is always such a pleasure. I am an Emerald member and get treated with such great service. The whole process is smooth, fast and seamless! I also left my drivers license in the car and was notified the very next day and it was returned to me!! Thank you for such great service!!!
As with all National sites, Phoenix Sky Harbor makes it very easy to get a car, and get going. It is one of the premier sites I understand and as I left I saw the Maserati Ghibli sitting there. I thought for a brief second . . . . The Rental Center is offsite a bit, but shuttles run well so it's not much of an impact. And there was a very good selection of cars. National is the main rental company our company works with so I am most familiar with them.
Recently renteda a car from National at Sky Harbor, Phoenix, Az. (08/30 - 09/06). Went to pick up car in Executive area(had choice of 5 vehicles - 4 Chevy products and a Jeep SUV). I chose a Chevy Impala and was at the checkout and was told that I couls not have this car as it was on recall. I then drove the car back to the Executive area. My choice was non existant as to a vehicle. Why would I choose another Chevy product with a recall and I did not want the Jeep.
