My wife and I have been renting cars from National for a number of years and I wouldn't consider renting from anyone else. The process of picking up the car is very easy, your choice of cars available, and a quick check out make it the best of the car rental companies.
One of the most trouble-free and easiest rentals I've had. Pickup on arrival was quick-took awhile to get to the rental car facility, but once there, finding a vehicle and checking it out was quick and easy-scanned the code on the window and then to the exit. Voila! I was on my way. Returning it was not a problem, other than finding a gas station where I could fuel up. Great rental company. Did not have to wait in any long lines, was able to choose my own car in my category, and the car was clean !! National will be my go to car rental agency from now on!!!

Car rental for my business travel is primarily through National. Of the numerous airport located National car rental facilities I have utilized, I found this DFW National rental facility to be one of the easiest and most efficient facilities to pick up, depart with and drop off a rental car. The vehicle was excellent and I had no issues to make note of.
Love the ease of not waiting in line and going directly to a car in the Emerald Isle. This is the best thing for travelers. Never any issues with National. I love the customer service when I have called and the no hassle rentals. Best rental company out there
Reserved a large van for family coming for Christmas. Vehicle was ready on the date we requested, it was clean, return was easy and efficient and the person at the rental desk was very friendly and helpful. The van served our purposes very well. I have been an Emerald Isle member for over 25 years and National has never let me down.
Rented @National PHX from Oct25-Nov1. Had booked an 'E' car, they were out of that class. Service was rapid & no documentation. The gentleman said he was giving us a complimentary upgrade due to the fact they had nothing else.......Great! returned the car on Nov 1. Checked in & headed to the airport, at which time I noted an extra $97 for the upgrade. Only after I called the agent over and he checked w/supervisor did they remove the charge.
