What a GREAT rental agency! My wife and I look forward to each time we rent from National. Ease of walking the Emerald Isle make selections VERY easy. Check out could be little to explain where the child proof door lock is so whoever sits in the back can get out. Check in is a snap!! Thank you National!!

This facility is consistently above the other car rental companies throughout the western U.S. In fact,the people here are better than other National facilities I've dealt with. Here's why, they actually LISTEN if there is a problem, and then take ACTION to serve their customers. I've had a couple problems with cars, it happens, but I've never been given the tired, worn out, excuse of "I'm sorry, but that is our company policy". I will always rent from National. I love the ability to see the cars available and pick the one that I want. I do wish, however, that they had other agencies out in the West Valley, so I didn't have to go all the way to the airport to rent!

I have been a loyal "Executive level" renter with National for a long time now they do car rentals quite well. However, I continue to think that I should change loyalty programs, as the National program never accumulates anything ...they might give you a free day now and then, but accessing or using them is a total pain and they do not stay in your account.....even when you call the loyalty program, they cannot find any free days.....in your account....even when you rent a great deal......not a good loyalty program.

I recently took a trip to Phoenix to spend time with my grandkids. We had requested a full sized SUV due to the fact that we would be driving around with a crowd. There were no FS SUV's available when we arrived at the airport. They know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to keep the reservation. I've used National several times and this was the first bad experience. It's important to get the type of vehicle one requests. Not sure if I'll use National again. Charles K. Carter

Was disappointed with my rental experience this time around. I reserved a car and it was not available when I got there. Yes they offered me a luxury upgrade to make up for it but there were only two cars to choose from and neither one was the size of the car I requested. There is a reason you look for certain size cars sometimes when you travel. Like room for a few golf bags etc....I requested a GPS and they told me to get one from the person at the booth when I checked the car out of the rental lot. When I got there it was... read more

Very pleased with the National service when renting a car. They greeted us with bottled water and the check out was simple: select the car you want in your rental category, get in and go! The return service was streamlined as well. In fact, we weren't even certain that we were following the proper procedures -- it was that easy. Will definitely use National again!
