Incredible customer service from the young man managing this morning. He had such professionalism, when my reservation went awry. He made sure everything was as it was arranged, and remained composed when I could not. I went from having a good day, to a bad day, to feeling helped in a way that was over and beyond. I only wish I’d gotten his name so he’s sure to receive his flowers- he is an angel, and I am so grateful for the way I was treated, thank you!

Dear National Car Rental Team, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tabby at your Pasco location for her exceptional service. After a long day of travel—car, subway, train, and two flights—I finally arrived around 9 p.m., completely exhausted. After picking up our reserved rental car it was determined by us to be to small for our trip and went back to the counter and quickly secured a larger vehicle for our family and all our stuff without delay!
