Best car rental experience hands down. The Emerald Isle feature is awesome! Makes renting at larger airports stress free. We have used it in Maui, Seattle, los Angeles and even when there isn’t an Emerald Isle it’s still the best customer service we have received from a car rental service. I can’t say enough good.
I would not rent from them again. The engine light came on and I tried to replace the car but because I was within 50 miles they would not do so. The windshield also had two cracks in it. I made multiple phone calls and was never able to get the issue resolved.
Very friendly and accommodating staff! No wait in line for pickup or dropoff. Thank you!
