This is the only National car rental location that has ever given me trouble. Constantly out of stock, even when you make a reservation. I would avoid them at all cost.

I was traveling for work and had a busy schedule, so I wasn’t able to take the time off I initially planned. I had reservations with two other companies, but they were unable to provide me with a car and gave me a hard time. However, the front desk associate here was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly knew what he was doing and made the entire process smooth and easy. Reserved a car on March 5th for April 5th. On April 5th on my flight to Pasco received a call that they had no cars followed by an email that my reservation was cancelled. Poor planning and organization at this facility. Was told to try alternate vendors, not easy to do when on a flight that arrives very late into the area.
