excellent service and staff - very friendly and easy to get your car
I have to say that these guys were amazing. After 12 hours of flying normally the last thing you want to do is wait in a long line to get the keys for a vehicle that you have not seen and deal with annoyed employees........Well National Car Rental at Honolulu airport is nothing like that at all. These were some of the friendliest people I have met and extremely helpful. Best of all was their sense of humor and open personalities. After picking up my rental at the airport, discovered the back seat area was not cleaned...old food and trash still in plain sight. Other than that, the car was fine
Nice and friendly staff. Will try to locate a specific vehicle for you if what you are looking for is not in the pickup area. Clean vehicles and no problems from bus pickup thru return and transportation back to the airport.

I travel for work and use rental cars for about 50 days a year. I used to dread getting in and out of the rental lot more than anything, until I started using National. it is so easy and quick, pick my car, show my license at the gate and drive away. upon returning I just park and go, I usually get an email receipt before I get to the airport shuttle. people are there if you need them but it is a great process when you don't.
I get to the airport, walk through the terminal, out to the garage and get in my car. On the way back I do the reverse. No lines, no waiting, nice people, nice car, low cost - what more can you ask for?
