I rent here often for business trips. Usually is a very efficient process to get off the plane, walk across the street and go down two levels on the elevator, walk out to the emerald aisle, and pick a car. Never have had a car issue related to mechanical, interior functions, etc. Only issue (not an issue but an observation) that I had recently was that there weren't any GM cars available last time due to all the recalls.
