My job takes me all over the US and I frequently rent cars. This is my first time writing a review but I felt compelled because this was the BEST customer service I have ever received! They were kind, prompt and when I spotted a fun car in the lot AFTER I already had my keys and was in my other car, without a blink of an eye they let me switch and they even re-parked the car I initially took. SO KIND, Best service anywhere. Thanks Cleveland National Car Rental!!!
This National Car Rental location is subpar when compared to other National Car Rentals. The vehicle selection was down to minivans and trucks at the Emerald Aisle. The car I selected had 3/4 of a tank. I showed the attendant when I left that the car was not full but was still charged for gas when I returned the car. The attendant at the return area was not helpful so I had to go wait in line at the counter to get any help. There were three National employees behind the counter but only one was helping guests.
