The car that I rented was not clean at all. It had dirt on the floor mats as well as crayons left in the cup holders and food crumbs all over the seats. The best part was used tissues in the door pockets and a half bottle of orange juice in the seat back pocket. In the future I will pay closer attention before I leave with the vehicle. Loved it! When I got to National car. I did not like the small car I had reserved so I was allowed to upgrade right there. I did not have to wait in a line at the customer service counter. I was not harassed to purchase a lot of insurances I don't need (if you have full coverage in your personal car it is transferrable to the rental if in the US) Every one there was very nice and courteous. I just loved it and I felt like the professional that I am.

I've been working on a consulting assignment here int the Cleveland area for several months now. I have used National and their "virtual pass" system and absolutely enjoy the quick and easy way to pick my car and exit the lot. Virtual pass is easy and so simple to use.
