I've been a National Emerald renter for 5 years now and love the quick, seamless, pleasant experience from getting off my flight to driving away from the airport. The only time I rent anywhere else is when I arrive somewhere overseas and all the National vehicles are taken. :)

I really enjoy the Emerald program. National makes car rental so super easy. The email reminders are helpful. They even emailed me when my drivers license was about to expire. They are good partners.

Just arrived at Cleveland after reserving a Elantra over the web. No Elantras on hand, so got to pick my choice of any triple upgrade - great! - especially when combined with the special promo I had. People and cars were perfect, in fact I got a $10 additional credit when returning the car as I mentioned the gas tank (gauge) was noticeably more full after my filling it, than it was when I got it.

National has a great car selection and I can select from their executive aisle. I always rent from National because they provide my company a good price on rentals. Cars are always clean and new.

I use National on a regular basis I am a Emerald club member I like the fact that I can pick my own car my only complaint is the condition of the last few cars very dirty one had water spots on the window so bad I could not see had to stop immediately and clean the windows. Another time there was melted chocolate on the center counsel which eventually got all over me was not happy. Their rates are competitive can usually find a coupon will continue to use National just hope the address some of their cleaning issues

The process was easy and I found a car similar to my own right away. He attendants were friendly and helpful when I checked out Andy when I returned the car. I'll rent from National again.

Lot personnel are always friendly and helpful. I was able to upgrade at no charge which I very much appreciated. Drop off is always quick and seamless as well. Highly recommend National Car Rental!

Could not be any more pleased with the service at CLE airport. A great staff was able to accommodate a very specific request making for a very productive visit.
