The receptionist with the nose ring was unprofessional and unhelpful. She appeared impatient and slow when entering my new patient information, and her attitude made the experience unpleasant. I hope the clinic addresses this, as first impressions matter. At first, I thought I’d never come back after my experience with the receptionist. However, once I met the doctor, my opinion completely changed. The doctor was awesome — patient, kind, and provided the best evaluation experience. Thanks Dr. Polun.
Dr. Dublon was incredibly helpful. He started our first appointment by being very straightforward with me about my ankle injury status, and what he thought was the best treatment plan. In following appointments he was very transparent about why we changed the original plan as we gained understanding of my injury. He always took time to sit down with me and answer my questions and he even brought out visual props when I was having trouble understanding.
