National Cameras stores are best in Twin Cities – These stores are the best camera stores in Minneapolis. Very knowledgeable people. Prices are competitive with even online stores especially for the higher end equipment. Online, you need to worry about gray market merchandise when buying camera equipment, so buying local eliminates that concern. They also carry a good selection of used lenses and camera bodies.

Great service, they know their cameras! National Camera exchange is a great store. They're always very helpful at finding the best camera for your needs. They explain the technology in real terms which makes it less intimidating to purchase.

Helped me by my video camera before kids I started here to do research on buying a video camera before my wife and I had kids, and 6+ years later, we've got the same camera, and it works great. I was after a camera that would last a while, and they pointed us to a higher end model, but in the long run it's been cheaper, since we're still using it, and haven't had to upgrade. This was one case where I'd say you get what you pay for.
