Horrible customer service, lost my first order, canceled and re-ordered. Local delivery team called me and conveniently scheduled for a 9-5 delivery window, called at 4p for update, they mumbled a few words and hung up. Called headquarters and they said delivery was never confirmed and that there were missing items? Canceled order again, needless to say do no recommend this company.
Shipping service is completely unreliable. Received shipping notice a week ago with confirmed delivery 3 days ago and we're still getting rescheduled. We had new employees begin work - no desk. I would have ordered somewhere else had I known not to count on delivery.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE My company bought a whole office of furniture from NBI. I'd guess north of $25K was spend with them. One of the PLASTIC locking mechanisms on a drawer broke, they were ZERO help getting a $5 replacement part. Sent them the invoice, pictures, etc and emailed a half dozen times. They said they couldn't help me. I was willing to pay for the part. I ended up contacting the original manufacturer and they sent me the part.
I am so glad that I read this reviews because I almost bought some furniture in this place and I will not take chances that this items are not fitting. Thanks
