Waitress was great and the days special was steak and lobster tail and both was cooked to perfection. Best medium steak ever.
The worst management I have ever dealt with. Slow to respond. Did not disclose they were doing short term rentals in one of the apartments, so there were strangers in and out all the time. A pipe broke in the top apartment (short term rental) and flooded the rest of house, 4ft diameter hole in the kitchen ceiling, putting us out of the apartment for nine days while random construction workers were in and out of the apartment and Neal claimed the house was completely livable and there was no reason to expect comped rent. Neil and Laura are very hardworking and kind people. They are quick to fix any problems you experience during your lease. They have many beautiful properties to choose from. Neil is very reasonable and is willing to work with you in your situation. I would rent again with no hesitation.
Neal and Lora couldn't have been kinder to my family. Anytime something went wrong with the rental which wasnt often the work was finished fast and right. Nothing but good things to say about them. Would rent again in the future without hesitation.
