Broke off the last spark plug, at the back of the engine head of course, on a 2004 Ford F150. Brought it in after putting hours and hours of trying to get it out with no luck. At first they contacted me saying it was possibly something that couldn't be done because of the way it broke off without taking more extreme measures like taking the header off.
