Used to be Great...WHAT HAPPENED??? – I lived at 10th & Cherry 5 1/2 years ago. I moved back in 6 months ago. Someone in the apartments has a master key that they can access any apartment in the building. I have had repeatedly found things missing, toilet seat in different positions, etc. They changed my locks but that isn't helping. I have started doing research and the apartments are supposed to be 375. They are charging me 425 a month!
