My wife and I purchased a 2018 dodge grand caravan from this car lot on Friday evening and the very next evening the transmission was slipping then would not shift out of 1st gear. I tried to call the owner and go by there twice, but I could not get him in the phone or catch him there. I get used cars will have some issues eventually, but a transmission failing within 24 hours....cmon!
If I could give a negative 0 I would .I was sold a car with a bad transmission.owner would even fix or replace it kept stating he will not take a loss the car broke down within 2 weeks after purchase..Run is all I can say I have never had this problem ...I payed over 5k for this car that broke down within 2 weeks
My grandson and I road over from Panama City in order to purchase a new truck. What a deal compared to PC. I can not express my gratitude for the professionalism and exceptional service we recieved. We are recommending to all our friends from PC. Big thanks to Mr. Brad and his staff for accommodationing our late arrival and staying late to facilitate.
