Terrible business model. The owner compared waiting for a mechanic to waiting on a doctor. I told him that was just plain silly. He than asked if I was a doctor! I responded no, but I am not a moron either, willing to wait an hour for a scheduled tire rotation! He was offended. Insisted I apologize in front of his customers for implying he was a moron. I did. I informed them he was not a moron. He was simply incompetent. All he had to do was reschedule me. How difficult is that?

I wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone but these folks! I've been there a couple of times now. They are ALWAYS honest and affordable but most of all friendly. These guys are super hard working and always have my repairs done in a timely matter. Very impressed!!

Another quick lube place told me that the reason my dashboard alert came on, about my tires not having equal pressure , was probably due to my spare tire needing more air. The next time I needed an oil change, I decided to swing by National Auto Parts & Auto Service instead of the quick lube place, because that light kept coming on. You have got to call this place for prices on tires. I saved big money compared to west knoxville prices! It is worth the 10 min drive to clinton highway.
