I wish I could leave 0 stars. I went to this dealership about 25 minutes away from where I live. Talked to a man on the phone the day before about coming and checking out a 2010 Mazda 6 isport. The man on the phone told me to come in the next day to check it out so I did just that. I get there and right off the bat I’m not even greeted but a man tells me in the worst attitude that he didn’t have the car. Salesman never introduced himself until the end of our visit, negative attitude towards the Jeep that we were VERY interested in and DISMISSED my concerns. NAB doesn’t offer 150 point SAFETY INSPECTIONS (or any proof that they check over their vehicles) We had a VERBAL AGREEMENT on the table to purchase a 2013 JEEP, (Mike didn’t ask for a deposit) we were returning the very next morning to give it a last “once over” and someone was test driving it, ultimately buying it and disappointing my daughter.
