RecommendedI am SO GRATEFUL to be here! The ladies in the office go ABOVE and beyond to make sure that me and my family are happy and safe! Not to mention, the dogs love going for their daily treat walk to the office! Such an great location, too!

PROS: Location is great, and I love the layout/floor plans. HOWEVER, with that being said - those are the only pro's I can list. CONS: The leasing staff has a very high turnover rate. There seems to always be new employees with limited knowledge, that cannot seem to help with anything. Most are very unprofessional, and just flat out rude. If you request to speak to a manager, they are either not in the office for 3+ days at a time, or you will get a run-around of why they cannot talk to you. Steer clear of Ballpark Lofts. I was very excited to rent an apartment with them but haven't been able to get anyone in the leasing office to respond for a week. There's something seriously wrong when a prospective renter can't get a hold of a leasing agent to have simple questions answered.

Love the place! It’s amazing.
I have enjoyed living at The Ballpark Lofts so far in the 2.5 months I’ve lived here. The office staff that I’ve interacted with have been attentive and friendly. It has also been nice meeting and getting to know some of my fellow residents.
I never write reviews but I had to because it’s awful here. Hot tub is never hot, everything’s always under ‘maintenance’, and most of the gym machines don’t even work. Don’t live here.
If you want to live in a frat house, this place is for you! This is what we liked about this place: it was downtown. Otherwise, we had an absolutely horrible experience with the manangent of this place. It is always a mess. There’s trash and dirt everywhere. I’ve cleaned up things in the hallways myself multiple times because they just would never care for the place. The pool and hot tub were out of use multiple times for maintenance. They are garbage. The management is not qualified to do their job, sadly.
Great location, nice amenities. Competitively priced for the area. Friendly and helpful leasing office folks.
