I have never had a mortgage with this company and this company is a scam. They change their name from name to name over the years. You can look it all up. Make sure that you do not use this company because they will scam you into a house that they're not supposed to be renting out and then they will lie and say they've got a mortgage on you when they've never had one and then it just affects your credit for years. Literally the most unprofessional business you could possibly deal with. The property I have is a land contract and the report it as a conventional mortgage. So I get denied for a loan because it says I have one already. 8 months and they still wont fix it.
