What a nightmare. I guess the first thing I would do differently is to NOT go on a Saturday afternoon. We were told there would be an hour wait but we waited approx 1 hour 45 minutes. I don't know if it was disorganization because of how busy it was there that it seemed people who got there after us seemed to be going before us. Finally we got in after going up to the front and asking twice and they kept saying "we were up next"..
