Staff are very friendly. .Check in was a breeze. Lots of confirmation of name and procedure at each different stage of prep.. Every step was explained plus how it might feel. Clear instructions were given for at home. They followed up with a phone call at home to see how you were doing.
My colonoscopy was a super smooth experience with a very compassionate and knowledgeable staff. From the front desk, to the nurses in the prep room, to the anesthesiologist, the OR and post surgery nurses. My colonoscopy was performed by Dr. Gannavarapu who has great bedside manners and is very prepared and knowledgeable.

Place is beautiful and the staff was the best, very personable and attentive and attention to details, but what I really appreciated was how your staff cleaned up after anyone used or sat anywhere now that was service, I loved how they treated everyone
