Brought a house from them they as a first time homebuyer( we did not use any first time homebuyer programs) used an fha loan instead of a renovation loan. They hired their appraiser who falsified documents so we could close on time despite all the red flags that was visible and noted from home inspections, they immediately sold our loan to another bank within a few weeks. DO NOT USE THEM RUN
