Great company and great team work. I was working with a company for 2 weeks and they gave me the run around. I called Nation and they got my car picked up within 48 hours. Will use them again to come back.
this was a terrible experience. Not only was I lied to multiple days in a row, claiming the vehicle would be picked up. They never were able to actually get the car. This company cares not at all. Elizabeth the dispatcher ignored my calls. I was told the car would be picked up that day for three days. They lie and say they have a driver set up when they dont. DO NOT USE NATION AUTO TRANSPORT.
My experience with Nation Auto Transport was wonderful, my vehicle was picked up and delivered on time, customer service was great and the driver was very nice and friendly. I will always use them for further shippings.
