Pretty gross and dirty. I've visited and stayed overnight there a few times, and I have to say the building is bad. There is no in-unit laundry because instead it is in an underground floor. The unit that I stayed in has no dishwasher, however, I do not know the dishwasher situation for the rest of the building. The windows are the large industrial kind, which makes for bad sleep. I do not think it is smart to live here. It is almost as bad as Edge Union Station, which I also reviewed here on Google.
