Just saw Dr. Ginsberg at Natick Eye Associates for my annual check up. Dr. Ginsberg is professional and very thorough - quite frankly the best in the field. His staff is warm and friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this office.
Charged me for a service I didn't ask for, didn't receive, and wasn't informed in advance I might be receiving. They did not bother to get my consent first. Stopped by for my annual eye examination. When asked if my insurance company would cover the visit in full, the receptionist answered "yes". At the end of the visit, she changes her story and tells me that I owe $40 for a contact lens fit that I did not ask for, did not receive, and was not informed in advance that I might even be liable for.
