Very nice honest gentlemen, very caring and knowledgeable.
I thought printer repair was a thing of the past, but thankfully Nathan proved me wrong. Great prompt service at a reasonable price!
What prompted my contact with this business was the utter cavalier attitude I got from the Geek Squad on the presenting problem. We have a mid-range priced ($300) Epson printer strictly for home use. It was in storage for about 4 months as we made a move selling one house and building another. Once in the new house, we set up the printer to use. It only printed in very light tones.
