Dr Polnaszek is so kind and personable and knows his stuff! He takes the time to listen to you and seems to really care. My surgery went great. He called to check on me 4 days after. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I went in for help regarding kidney stone pain management. I have passed ten stones and with the pandemic, I want to pass them at home. I already have the medication, he agreed to helping me figure out the safe timeline for self administering medication, which a lay person like me cannot figure out alone. I was to message into the portal the list, order, timeline, and dosage. The reply was “he cannot give this advice through the portal. Dr Polnaszek is the best of the best. His care is what books are written about. He saved my life to that I owe the utmost gratitude and respect. This man is my Hero...
Flawless execution including supporting staff. Love his bedside manner especially his motivation to address my type of surgery. Most helpful. Not sure I could ask for better. First time in my life to immediately write a thank you to a doctor post-surgery.
He did a great job informing me about my condition and in providing options of how to correct it.
