I'm a mom of 3 and came to my son's 1st appointment 5 minutes late and they gave me papers to fill out and rescheduled for the next week. When I came in for my son's appointment they told me I needed to pay the 50.00 for canceling the previous appointment. Obviously I was never told I'd have to pay the 50.00 fee since I showed for his appointment and the office wanted to reschedule instead of seeing him that day. The front office had absolutely no compassion and almost like they enjoyed telling me I'd have to pay to be seen.... read more

He and his staff were very nice. Didn't have to wait long to see him. He took a lot of time talking to me about the boys braces. it was a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.
He is very kind and down to earth. The office and other staff were great! And I love the fish tanks in the waiting area. Watching the fish before my appointment helped to calm my anxiety.
